How Time Flies

Well, in the two years since I last shared something here, a great many things have changed.  The quick rundown is that I left LA totally burnt out, stumbled on an Executive Chef job in Maine, fell in love with living in the mountains, got married (!!!), found out that my body needs to be gluten-free and opened my own restaurant with my wonderful wife by my side.

It’s been a wild ride.  I’m sorry for neglecting the writing – finding time, and inspiration, has been tough. I think we are finally to a place where I’ll have some time again though, so here I sit.

Here we go.
